Contact us at support@vaporizers.ca with your order number, serial number and problem description to open a warranty claim.

	The Vapir Prima comes with a 5 year warranty, the first two years are through us and the remaining three years are through the manufacturer. Please be sure to fill our your Warranty Registration on the manufacturer website. If you have any warranty questions please email us at support@vaporizers.ca
