Unsure about which vaporizer to purchase? Email or call us prior to placing an order, one of our vaporizer specialists will be happy to assist you in selecting the right vaporizer for you.

 

Unhappy with your Vaporizer? For clients who are unhappy with their vaporizers and want to exchange it for another one, we offer full merchandise credit (shipping charges are not eligible for credit) towards a higher end vaporizer. This must be done within 14 days of date of delivery and can only be done once.

 

Exchange: If you are taking advantage of our exchange program you are responsible for the shipping charges to send the vaporizer back to us. The shipping for the new unit will be covered by us using Canada Post Expedited. An upgrade to Express/ Priority are available for an additional fee.

 

Refunds: Refunds will only be accepted for unused / unopened products. Under these circumstances, we will accept a return with a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges paid for by the client.

Liquidation: No refunds are accepted, only exchange for a new unit of a higher cost.
