Unsure about which vaporizer to purchase? We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, email or call us prior to placing an order, we will be happy to assist you in selecting the right vaporizer for you.
Unhappy with your Vaporizer? If you are unhappy with your vaporizer and want to exchange it for another one, we offer full merchandise credit (shipping charges are not eligible for credit) towards a higher end vaporizer. We must be notified within 10 days of delivery and only one exchange can be done.
Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com
Exchange: When taking advantage of our exchange program the client is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and any outstanding amount paid, the new vaporizer will be shipped via the client's selected shipping service.
Refunds: Refunds are accepted on a case by case basis, refund are only available on unused / unopened products. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all refunds and shipping costs are paid for by the client.
Batteries: No exchanges, returns or refunds on any batteries.
Atomizers: No exchanges, returns or refunds on any atomizers.
Liquidation vaporizers: No refunds will be available on liquidation vaporizers, only exchange for a new unit.
