Exchange and Return Policy
Unsure which vaporizer to purchase?
We encourage you to take your time when selecting your vaporizer. Email or call us before placing your order — we’re happy to help you choose the right model based on your needs and budget.
Unhappy with your vaporizer?
If you’re not satisfied with your vaporizer, you may exchange it for another model of higher value. We offer full merchandise credit (shipping charges are not eligible for credit). You must notify us within 10 days of delivery, and only one exchange is permitted per customer.
Order issues
Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@vaporizers.ca
Exchange details
When using our exchange program, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and any outstanding balance is paid, the replacement vaporizer will be shipped using the customer’s selected shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only available for unused and unopened products. A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Batteries
No exchanges, returns, or refunds on any batteries.
Atomizers
No exchanges, returns, or refunds on any atomizers.
Liquidation Vaporizers
No refunds are available on liquidation vaporizers. Exchanges for a new unit may be offered if applicable.
