If your order arrives incomplete or damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If you order arrives damaged please provide us with photos for insurance purposes.

We want all our clients to be happy and satisfied. If you are not sure what vaporizer you should buy, please email or call us. Based on your needs and budget, we will help you select the best vaporizer for you. If you buy a vaporizer on your own and aren't happy most of our vaporizers are eligible for our "exchange program". We will give you full credit towards a higher end vaporizer. This must be done within 14 days of delivery and we will only do it once. We are happy to help you with this process to ensure that you get the vaporizer that is right for you. We thrive on word of mouth and if you aren't satisfied, we aren't satisfied.
