Prices do not include shipping, shipping prices are in Canadian dollar. Free shipping option available on Canadian orders $100 and over. CP Expedited USA discounted to $10 for USA orders over $100. Free shipping offer does not apply to the North, we do offer a discounted rate of $7.95 for orders $100+ shipping to the North. Some small accessory orders that pick basic shipping will be shipped via tamp mail. Some small accessory orders that pick basic shipping will be shipped via stamp mail. We ship brown box discreet from our company name Nature's Way. Due to the high level of orders if there are any address issues order processing time may increase by 3-4 business days.

                           Returns & Warranty Repair / Warranty

Each vaporizer has it's own warranty length and procedure. Most vaporizers have manufacturer warranty, directly with the manufacturer. If a listing does not specify direct warranty, then it is through the manufacturer. If a listing says direct warranty support, then its through Vaporizers.ca. Our warranty only covers defects; if you physically break your unit, ask us about our special replacement unit pricing. Warranties normally only cover the vaporizer, rarely accessories. Glass is never covered by warranty. Support / Questions: If you're having trouble with your vaporizer or have questions call or email us, we are happy to help with any of our vaporizers. And if we don't know an answer, we're happy to contact someone who does. Unhappy with your Vaporizer? For clients that are unhappy with their vaporizers and want to exchange it for another one, we will give you full merchandise credit towards a higher end vaporizer. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your vaporizer and will only be done once. Anyone who is unsure about which vaporizer to purchase should email us prior to placing an order, we can help you make the right decision. Exchange: If you are taking advantage of our exchange program you are responsible for shipping charges to send the goods back to us. The shipping for the new unit will be covered by us using Canada Post Expedited. An upgrade to Xpress is available for a fee. Refunds: Refunds will only be accepted for unused / unopened vaporizer. Under these circumstances, we will accept a return with a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges paid for by the client. Vaporizers.ca reserves the right to cancel any transaction.

At Vaporizers.ca (Nature's Way), our clients are #1. We do not divulge any customer information to any third parties for any reason. When you place an order or contact us, we make sure that info is kept with the two owners and no one else. When you email us, one of the two owners gets that email and the content of those emails is kept confidential.

Based on your needs and budget, we will pick the best vaporizer for you.
If you buy a vaporizer on your own and aren't happy for some reason. Most of our vaporizers are eligible for our "exchange program". Basically, we will give you full credit towards a higher end vaporizer. This must be done within 30 days and we will only do it once. We are happy to help you with this process to ensure that you get the vaporizer that is right for you. We thrive on word of mouth and if you aren't satisfied, we aren't satisfied.
