CLIENT CENTER - WARRANTY
Repair / Warranty: Each vaporizer has it's own warranty length and procedure. Most vaporizers have a manufacturer direct warranty. Some vaporizers have a warranty through Vaporizers.ca. Please see individual product listing for warranty details. Our warranty only covers defects; if you physically break your unit, ask us about our special replacement unit pricing. Warranties normally only cover the vaporizer, rarely accessories.
Warranty on glass parts: Courier services do not cover fragile items such as glass however we will try to help, case by case basis, picture required. We may replace the part, we sometimes will issue a credit, we do not offer refunds. We do not cover glass fitting issues nor do we cover glass that breaks after use. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report broken glass claims.
