Order processing time
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with changes or mistakes to your order, please use the link in your order email to change or cancel your order. Using the link or your online account is the only guaranteed way to change / cancel your order before it ships. You can also contact us at help@vaporizers.ca, we will try to make the change before it ships out. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped and the app will no longer let you cancel or modify the order.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address and be sure to include apartment/suite/unit number if appropriate. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. Orders with free shipping that are returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address will be subject to a $10 processing fee.


Regular stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Cut off times – Priority orders ship same day if placed by 12pm noon EST, Express orders are shipped same day if placed by 2:00pm EST

Special order items may take an additional 1-3 weeks for processing. View individual listing for details.

Signature required upon delivery
If you purchased a vaporizer, an adult signature is required upon delivery, most packages that require a signature will have you go to the post office to pickup.

City/Rural/US/International

City rates are available to all major cities in Canada Examples: Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Toronto, Vancouver.

Smaller cities, towns and villages are considered rural. If rural shipping is not selected we will send you an invoice for the owing balance.

US and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vaporizers.ca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

US orders under $200 do not get brokerage charges. Orders of $200 or more can avoid separate broker charges by selecting CP Expedited, CP Express or UPS worldwide Expedited shipping as duties are included with these services.

 

Shipping costs and times
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after discount, before tax) for orders shipping to Canadian provinces. Orders over $100 shipping to Canadian territories are eligible for discounted shipping rates.

Small sized orders (such as screens) that select Expedited shipping can be shipped by stamp mail at a cost of $4.25. If you wish to select this option, let us know in the comment section of the checkout. We will refund the difference to your original payment method if your order is eligible for stamp mail.

Curbside Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1099 Chablis Park in Orleans. After placing your order and selecting Curbside Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with available times for pickup and pickup instructions. We do have a minimum $20 purchase for Curbside pickup orders. We ask that you present the credit card used for the purchase at time of pickup for orders over $200. Proof of age with photo ID is required for all vaporizer orders. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the shipping carrier website. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@vaporizers.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you want to have your order shipped to a PO Box, you must select Canada Post or US Post.


Navidium Shipping Protection
Navidium will automatically be added to your order, Navidium is optional but we highly recommend it. You can remove it from your order on the order page prior to starting the checkout process. You can remove it by changing the quantity to zero or by clicking the on/off toggle above the Check Out button.

Navidium is a premium shipping protection service to make up for gaps and failures from the standard Canada Post and Courier claim process. Navidium protection expedites your claims process, offers basic glass protection and gets priority escalating from our shipping support team.
