Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need to change or cancel your order, use the link provided in your confirmation email or your online account. This is the only guaranteed way to modify your order before it ships. You can also email help@vaporizers.ca and we will do our best to make changes before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please double-check your shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers. We cannot change addresses after an order is placed. Vaporizers.ca is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned for this reason, we will refund the order minus the shipping fee, and you can place a new order. Orders with free shipping that are returned due to incorrect addresses are subject to a $10 processing fee.

Regular stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Priority orders ship the same day if placed by 12:00 PM EST.
Courier orders ship same day or next day.
Excluding weekends and holidays.

Special order items may require additional processing time. We only have a few special order items, and the extra time is noted on the product listing.

Signature Required Upon Delivery
If you purchased a vaporizer, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Most Canada Post packages that require a signature will need to be picked up at the post office. Couriers will often attempt delivery, if no adult is available, you then pick it up.


Urban, Rural, U.S., and International Shipping
 
Urban rates apply to all major cities in Canada, including Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Smaller cities, towns, and villages are considered rural. If rural shipping is not selected at checkout, we will send you an invoice for the balance owing before shipping your order.

U.S. and International Orders:
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. Vaporizers.ca is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

For U.S. orders, our Canada Post rates include clearance fees and tariffs, which are prepaid when we ship. UPS service is also available; duties for UPS shipments are charged upon delivery.


Shipping Costs and Times

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada. Our rates are subsidized and include value options from Sendle and Canada Post, as well as discounted courier rates from CanPar, UPS, and Purolator.

Orders over $100 (after discounts and before tax) qualify for free shipping within the Canadian provinces. Orders over $100 shipping to the Canadian territories are eligible for discounted shipping rates.

For small items such as screens, you can request stamp mail shipping at a cost of $4.25. To use this option, mention it in the checkout comments. If your order qualifies, we will adjust the shipping method and refund the difference to your original payment method.


Curbside Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1099 Chablis Park in Orleans. After placing your order and selecting Curbside Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 3 days. We will send you an email when it is ready, along with available pickup times and instructions.

For orders over $200, please bring the credit card used for the purchase when picking up. Photo ID is required for all vaporizer orders to confirm age.

How to Check Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your order within two days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@vaporizers.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes
 
If you would like your order shipped to a P.O. Box, you must select Canada Post or U.S. Post as the shipping method.


Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium shipping protection is available at checkout. It is optional but highly recommended. Navidium is a premium shipping protection service that helps cover gaps in the standard Canada Post and courier claim process. It expedites claims, provides basic glass protection, and ensures priority escalation from our shipping support team.
