Package delay information

Canada Post (and to a lesser degree FedEx, Purolator and UPS) are experiencing unprecedented increases in packages and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19 and a massive influx of packages from online sales these past few weeks. Packages are being delayed in certain areas of the country up to 1 week waiting to be sorted.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and are doing the best we can to here at by processing orders quickly. Rest assured, your package is on it's way. Please remember, we paid Canada Post to ship your package. This is a Canada Post delay, not a delay.

Also, please remember that if you purchased a vaporizer, an adult signature is required upon delivery, most packages that require a signature will have you go to the post office to pickup.
