Haze Technologies offer premium long-lasting warranty for your device. Their 10-Year Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) applies to Haze vaporizer (“unit”, “parts”) purchased from Haze Technologies or any Haze authorized retailer or distributor. The warranty covers manufacturer defects within the warranty period (VOLCANO and PLENTY 3 years, MIGHTY and CRAFTY 2 years). Defects due to normal use or wear are not covered by the warranty. Parts subject to wear such as batteries, screens and similar are excluded from the warranty. If it is a warranty issue, Storz & Bickel will repair and return it to you free of charge. For a non-warranty repair, Storz & Bickel will notify you of the estimated cost of repair (including parts, labor and shipping).
