Warranty Information - ARIZER

Vaporizers.ca will assist you with any warranty needs you may have with your Arizer product. Contact us at support@vaporizers.ca with your order number, serial number and problem description to open a warranty claim. Vaporizers.ca is not responsible for broken glass at any point.

 

 Arizer Air & Air II: Limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, excluding battery. Lifetime warranty on the heating element. Glass is not covered under warranty
Arizer Solo: Limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-Year limited warranty covering the battery. Lifetime warranty on the heating element. Glass is not covered under warranty.
Arizer Extreme Q: Limited 3-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Lifetime warranty on the heating element. Glass is not covered under warranty.
Arizer V-tower: Limited 2 year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, lifetime warranty on the heater. Glass is not covered under warranty
Arizer Argo: Limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, excluding battery. Lifetime warranty on the heating element.  Glass is not covered under warranty

 

The warranty does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit, misuse or abuse.

Retain proof of purchase for warranty service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user.  Vaporizers.ca will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion.
