We want every client to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’re unsure which vaporizer is right for you, please email or text us. Based on your needs and budget, we’ll help you choose the best option.

If you purchase a vaporizer on your own and aren’t satisfied, most vaporizers are eligible for our Exchange Program. We’ll provide full credit toward an upgrade to a higher-end model. This must be done within 14 days of delivery, and each customer may use this program once.

We’re always happy to assist with this process to make sure you end up with the vaporizer that’s right for you. We thrive on word of mouth — if you aren’t satisfied, we aren’t satisfied.

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged orders, include photos when you contact us so we can file an insurance claim promptly.
