We try our best to keep our shipping rates affordable for our clients.
We have subsidized them for years, we lose money on the shipping for the vast majority of packages. We understand clients prefer flat shipping rates which is why we offer them, unfortunately that doesn't always work out when a customer is more rural or say Northern Ontario vs Southern Ontario.
Every year Canada Post and UPS have increased their rates, costs keep going up. They have never lowered them, just increased them. That means our rates have gone up while we have maintained lower shipping rates for our client rates.
As of Feb 20 2018, we needed to increase all our basic rates by $1.
We will do our best to hold off any further increases.
We ship vaporizers and parts everywhere in Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Ottawa, Toronto, Moncton, Halifax, St John's, Yellowknife.
