All credit card transactions appear as Nature's Way on your statement.
If you buy a vaporizer on your own and aren't happy for some reason, contact us and we can help. Most of our vaporizers are eligible for our "exchange program". Basically, we will give you full credit towards a higher end vaporizer. This must be done within 21 days and we will only do it once. We are happy to help you with this process to ensure that you get the vaporizer that is right for you.
We do not offer refunds but we are confident that between our expertise and selection, our exchange program will take care of your needs.
We thrive on word of mouth and if you aren't satisfied, we aren't satisfied.
